定義
平衡閥是在水力工況下,起到動態、靜態平衡調節的閥門。平 閥可分為三種類型:靜態、動態,壓差無關型,靜態平衡 閥亦稱、手動、數字鎖定、雙位調節閥等(deng),它是通(tong)(tong)過改變(bian)閥(fa)芯(xin)與閥(fa)座的(de)(de)間隙(開度),調整閥(fa)門的(de)(de)Kv(閥(fa)門流(liu)通(tong)(tong)能力)來改變(bian)流(liu)經閥(fa)門的(de)(de)流(liu)動阻(zu)力以(yi)(yi)(yi)達到調節流(liu)量(liang)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),其作用(yong)對象是系統(tong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)力,消除系統(tong)中阻(zu)力不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)(de)現象,從(cong)而能夠將新的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)按照(zhao)設計(ji)計(ji)算的(de)(de)比例平(ping)衡(heng)分配,各支路同時按比例增減。靜態在系統(tong)中應(ying)用(yong)場合可以(yi)(yi)(yi)在:總(zong)管(guan)、立(li)管(guan)、水(shui)(shui)平(ping)支管(guan)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及末端等(deng)使(shi)用(yong),效果等(deng)同于同程管(guan)。

閥采用(yong)直流(liu)型閥體結構,具有(you)更(geng)好(hao)的等百分比流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)特性(xing),能夠合理地(di)分配流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang),有(you)效(xiao)地(di)解決供熱(空調)系統中(zhong)存(cun)在的室溫冷熱不(bu)均問題。同(tong)時能準確地(di)調節壓降和流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang),用(yong)以改善管網系統中(zhong)液(ye)(ye)體流(liu)動(dong)狀態(tai),達到管網液(ye)(ye)體平衡和節約(yue)源的目(mu)的。閥門設有(you)開啟度指示(shi)、開度鎖(suo)定(ding)裝置及用(yong)于流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)測(ce)定(ding)的測(ce)壓小閥,只要在各支路及用(yong)戶入口裝上適當規格的,并(bing)用(yong)智能儀(yi)表進行一(yi)次性(xing)調試后(hou)鎖(suo)定(ding),將(jiang)系統的總水量(liang)(liang)(liang)控制在合理的范圍內(nei)、從而克服(fu)了“大流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang),小溫差"的不(bu)合理現象。
既(ji)可安裝(zhuang)在供水(shui)管(guan)上(shang),也(ye)可以安裝(zhuang)在回水(shui)管(guan)上(shang),一(yi)般(ban)要(yao)安裝(zhuang)在回水(shui)管(guan)上(shang),尤其對(dui)于高溫(wen)環(huan)路,為(wei)方便(bian)調試,更要(yao)裝(zhuang)在回水(shui)管(guan)上(shang),安裝(zhuang)了的供(回)水(shui)管(guan)不必再(zai)設截止閥。
在管(guan)道系(xi)統(tong)中安裝(zhuang),通過對其的(de)調節來改變系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)道特性阻(zu)力數比值,達到與設計要求*。系(xi)統(tong)調試合(he)格后,不存在靜態水力失衡問題(ti)。
調試合格(ge)的(de)系統如(ru)處于(yu)部分(fen)負荷運行狀態,在總(zong)流(liu)量減少時由所調節(jie)的(de)各分(fen)支(zhi)管道(dao)會自動同比減少流(liu)量,但各分(fen)支(zhi)管道(dao)所設(she)定的(de)流(liu)量比值不(bu)變。
